Final pricing depends on your team size, site, and hardware needs — every package is quoted fixed and in writing before work begins. Hardware is fairly priced, with no excessive markup — and itemised in the quote so you can see exactly what you're paying for.

After setup
Every setup is handed over fully documented — you're never locked into us to keep it running. Many clients manage day-to-day themselves and call us only for projects. Others move onto a managed plan from $79 per user per month (+ GST) and never think about IT again. Both are good outcomes. Either way, we can keep handling your hardware purchasing and software licensing, so growing the team is one email, not a research project.
Setup questions
It's more common than you'd think, and it's exactly what the Foundations package is for. We move you to professional email on your own domain, separate accounts for each person, and proper file storage — without losing anything you've built up along the way.
Only if it's genuinely needed. The audit tells you what's fine, what's a risk, and what's worth replacing — with reasons, not a sales pitch. Anything we do supply is itemised in the written quote and fairly priced, with no excessive markup.
Most setups complete within one to two weeks of the quote being accepted, depending on hardware delivery and your site. New-business Launch packages are scheduled around your opening date so everything works on day one.
No. The package is a one-off project with full handover — documentation, passwords, everything. A managed plan is available if you want ongoing support, but it's a separate decision, never a condition.
Every setup includes a 30-day warranty period: if anything we configured misbehaves, we fix it at no charge. After that, you can call us project-by-project or move onto a managed plan.
