The whole tenant, not just the mailboxes.

Microsoft 365 administration is part of every plan. The security features that sit on top of it arrive with Professional and Fortified.

Identities & access

Accounts, multi-factor authentication and Conditional Access, set up with sensible defaults and kept that way.

Licensing

The right plan and the right count, reviewed as you grow and shrink, so you aren't paying for people who have left.

Email & email security

Email security and DNS filtering from Professional. Advanced protection against impersonation and payment fraud in Fortified.

SharePoint & files

A SharePoint structure with sensible permissions, so shared files have an owner and a home.

Devices through Intune

Device monitoring, patching and Intune management on every plan.

Starters & leavers

New starters ready on day one. Departing staff locked out the same day, with a documented checklist every time.

Which Microsoft 365 licence do you need?

Professional and Fortified require Microsoft 365 Business Premium.

The email security, identity protection, device management and data-loss controls in those plans are delivered through it. Without it, we can't provide what we've promised. If you're on Business Standard or below, we'll cover the upgrade during onboarding, or quote you Essential instead.

Configuration you can hand to anyone.

A tenant only one person understands is a risk. We document every one we manage.

Everything inside the tenant is configured to documented defaults. Backup sits outside it on purpose.

Documented configuration

Sensible defaults, written down, so the reason behind each setting outlives the person who chose it.

Data location stated

Your Microsoft 365 tenant holds your email and files in Australia, per your tenant's data location. It's the first row in your data-locations table.

Yours to take with you

We keep environment documentation complete enough for any credentialed engineer to pick up cold.

Microsoft keeps your data running. It doesn't keep it forever.

Deleted email, files and mailboxes are recoverable for days or months, not years. Professional and Fortified add third-party backup with unlimited retention and tested restores.

Straight answers.

Do we need a particular Microsoft 365 licence?

Professional and Fortified require Microsoft 365 Business Premium. The email security, identity protection, device management and data-loss controls in those plans are delivered through it. Without it, we can't provide what we've promised. If you're on Business Standard or below, we'll cover the upgrade during onboarding, or quote you Essential instead.

What counts as a user?

A person with a company login. Shared mailboxes, meeting room accounts, and service accounts don't count. We reconcile the user count with you monthly, so you only ever pay for real people.

Can your engineers read our email?

Administrative access means the capability technically exists. That is true of any IT provider, onshore or offshore, including the one you use today. Protection comes from controls rather than geography: named and logged access, least privilege, binding contracts, and a willingness to show you the audit trail for your environment on request.

Where does our data live?

It depends on the platform, and we state it for each one. Before onboarding you receive a written table listing every tool we use and the region where its data is stored. Where an Australian data residency option exists, we use it.

See your IT clearly. Twenty minutes, no obligation.

A short call to understand your setup, your risks, and whether we're the right fit. You'll leave with at least one useful recommendation, even if you never speak to us again.
