Unlimited helpdesk
Remote support from 8am to 5pm weekdays, Australian Eastern Time, at any severity.
Monitoring & patching
Every device monitored, patched, and inventoried, so issues can be fixed before your team notices them.
Intune device management
Your devices enrolled and managed through Microsoft Intune, alongside the monitoring and patching.
Microsoft 365 administration
Identities, licensing, email security and SharePoint structure, with documented configuration. More on Microsoft 365.
Identity & access management
Multi-factor authentication and Conditional Access, set up and kept that way.
Antivirus & network monitoring
Managed antivirus on your devices and monitoring of your network equipment.
All support is delivered remotely. Hardware, software licences and project work, such as office moves or major migrations, are billed separately and always quoted in advance.
Ready on day one. Locked out the same day.
User onboarding and offboarding is included in every plan, and runs to a documented checklist every time.
When someone starts
New starters ready on day one: account, device, email, and access all prepared.
When someone leaves
Departing staff locked out the same day, with a documented checklist every time.
We can also handle hardware purchasing and software licensing, so adding a team member takes one email. See procurement & licensing.
Advice tied to your business, never to a sales quota.
Reviews in plain English: what's working, what's at risk, and what to budget for.
How often we sit down with you depends on the plan. Every plan gets the monthly report.

Reports written for owners, not engineers.
Every month you receive a report you can actually read: tickets resolved, response times against target, patch status, security events, and anything that needs a decision from you.
No jargon and no padding. If a page doesn't help you run the business, it doesn't go in.
Targets we put in the contract.
Response time means the time until your ticket is acknowledged and work begins, not the time to fix. Severity is set by three objective questions rather than by how the ticket is worded.
What happens when you raise a ticket
- Step 1
You raise it
The helpdesk is open to all your staff.
- Step 2
We set the severity
Who is affected, is there a workaround, which process is stopped.
- Step 3
Work begins within target
30 minutes for critical, measured in business hours.
- Step 4
Fixed under a named account
Multi-factor enforced, session logged.
- Step 5
It shows up in your monthly report
Tickets resolved and response times against target.
The parts that aren't a person, priced the same way.
Plans are priced per user. Servers, network sites and devices beyond the plan inclusion each have a published monthly rate.

Monitoring is live on every device, the helpdesk is open to all staff, and your first monthly report is scheduled.
What people ask before they sign.
What counts as a user?
A person with a company login. Shared mailboxes, meeting room accounts, and service accounts don't count. We reconcile the user count with you monthly, so you only ever pay for real people.
What actually qualifies for after-hours support?
Critical and high-severity incidents: a full outage, a key system or site down, an active security incident, or a major function impaired for a team with no workaround. Password resets, single-user faults, new starter setups and change requests are logged immediately and picked up at 8am the next business day. We set severity on three objective questions rather than on wording: who is affected, is there a workaround, and which business process is stopped. Agreeing that test up front is what keeps after-hours meaningful and your bill predictable.
What's not included?
Hardware, software licences, and project work (like office moves or major migrations) are billed separately, always quoted in advance. Day-to-day support is never metered.
Is onboarding extra?
Onboarding is charged at one month's plan fee, invoiced on signature. It covers discovery, documentation, tooling deployment, security baseline configuration and handover, and it's backed by our 90-day onboarding guarantee. If your environment needs remediation before we can manage it responsibly, such as unsupported hardware or unlicensed software, we quote that separately and in writing before anything starts.
We already have an IT provider. How hard is switching?
Straightforward, and we handle most of the work. Onboarding includes a documented handover checklist covering credentials, licensing, DNS, backups, and vendor relationships. The process is planned to have you fully transitioned within two to four weeks, with no interruption to your staff.
